1. What countries do you ship to?
Being a small business, we provide shipping in India only.
2. What is your return/exchange policy?
The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority, and if you feel are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the item, please do let us know.
We offer a 7 day return policy for all products unused and with original packaging. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number, reason for returning and a picture of the product you would like to return. We will respond with your return shipping instructions. You are responsible for return postage.

Return Shipping Package: Please pack the product in a firm package to prevent the product from being damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days.
If it’s approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Once the refund is processed, it's up to your card company to post the credit to your account, which typically takes 3-7 business days.
3. How long does order processing take?
Being a small business it is not possible for us to dispatch the order on the same day of placing the order, but we try our best to dispatch the order as soon as possible. Generally, it takes 2-3 days to dispatch the order after it is placed on YV Craft Supplies.
4. How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping is done through 3rd party and the delivery of parcel is not in our hands. We try our best to go for the optimum delivery option. Generally, parcels sent by us get delivered in 5-7 working days. But still, it is mostly depends on the location of delivery.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most of the relevant methods of payment like credit / debit card, UPI, internet banking etc.
6. How do I cancel/modify an order?
Once you made the payment it is not possible to modify/cancel your order.
7. How can I track my order?
After successfully placing the order, we start processing the order. Once your order is packed it would be dispatched through 3rd party courier service. We provide the details like courier company, tracking id etc. on your contact number. You can track the parcel over there. It is your responsibility to keep track of the parcel. Being small business, it is not possible for us to keep track of the parcels that we send. Once the parcel reaches you, please confirm the same to us on our whatsapp/Instagram handle. If the parcel has been wrongly marked as delivered and you didn’t receive the parcel, please inform us immediately so that we can take up the matter with the courier service. Any delay in this regard would make it difficult to track your order.
8. What if my order arrives damaged?
Transit damages are not covered by YV Craft Supplies. You have to bear with the damages of the products that may occur during transit. We try to provide a picture of all the ordered items before dispatching them to you.
9. Guarantee, Warrantee, quality related issues with the product?
We don’t provide any guarantee, warrantee etc. on the products sold on YV Craft Supplies. We source our products from other sellers and sell them through our channels. Since we don’t manufacture these products, we don’t provide any guarantee, warrantee etc. on our products. We try our best to provide good quality products only but still we don’t take any responsibility in this regard.
10. Guidelines for parcel tracking:
i. Once your order is booked, you will get a message from Shiprocket.
ii. Once the parcel is picked up by the courier person from our store you will be notified by a message containing parcel tracking details. We may also send parcel tracking on your whatsapp along with your parcel photo.
iii. Keep tracking the parcel from the link provided in the message.
iv. Please inform us immediately (within 24 hours)
- If the parcel has been marked as undelivered and you haven’t received any call from delivery person.
- If the parcel has been marked as delivered, but you haven’t received the parcel.
so that we can raise this concern at appropriate level.
Note: We won’t be able to provide any assistance if you don’t provide us the above information timely.
